Katharine Rienerth, RN, BSN, L.Ac. is the owner and lead acupuncturist at KR Acupuncture in Centennial, Colorado, where she helps patients throughout the greater Denver metro area find relief from pain, stress, and sleep issues through acupuncture and East Asian medicine. Before transitioning into acupuncture, Katharine spent over 16 years working as a registered nurse, an experience that continues to shape how she approaches patient care: grounded in clinical rigor, but never losing sight of the person in front of her. Katharine trained at Virginia University of Integrative Medicine in Traditional East Asian Medicine. Her clinical focus areas include women's health and oncology support, and she holds an advanced oncology acupuncture certification from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She is currently pursuing additional certification in Pelvic Health acupuncture, further deepening her ability to support women through the full range of hormonal, reproductive, and life-stage transitions.
